Healthy Smoothies

smootiesJoin Purdue Extension for “Healthy Smoothies!” In this class, participants will learn how to avoid added sugars, increase fiber, and personalize smoothies to their liking, all while maintaining a smoothie’s nutritional value and flavor! Attendees will be invited to taste-test a freshly prepared, healthy smoothie!

A Walk Through Time

A teen seamstress and her mother will present handmade outfits from different decades and share the history behind each one.

Teens and adults are welcome to attend.

If you like to talk cookbooks, share recipes and sample new dishes, this group is for you. We share recipes and sample each others dish. Meetings are at the first Thursday of each month at Charlestown Library.
